We do not sell personal data, profile users, or use automated decision-making.

4. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with service providers necessary to operate the school:

• TeamUp — class registration, scheduling, and payment platform.
• Email host — for managing email correspondence.

These providers act as processors under contract and process your data only as instructed.

Where service providers process data outside the UK, we rely on the UK Government's adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and/or Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by the UK GDPR.

• Class registration and payment records: retained for the duration of your active enrolment plus 6 years (HMRC tax retention requirement).
• Enquiry messages: retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
